Get ready for Tournament Day with focused training at YU Taekwondo Dubai. The workshop supports both students entering their first competition and experienced competitors who want to refine their performance.

Experienced instructors combine technical practice with tactical coaching and realistic competition simulations.

Technique and sparring
Develop competition techniques through structured drills and sparring practice.

Rules and strategy
Learn competition rules, scoring and match strategies, then put them into practice in simulated competition situations.
